Lizzi, I don't know the deal with this property. It's been like this at least as long as we've lived here (3 1/2 years) and the house at the front of the property has been being renovated at least as long too but it's far from finished and now for sale. Perhaps I should look into it before it's sold and knocked down! (Sadly, unless it's your thing, people here aren't into owning historical structures anymore - there are SO many around this immediate area too!)
