Silly Me!

Walking thru my kitchen this afternnon, my apron here slapped me in the face, so to speak. The colors I loved yesterday (see pic w/Outdoor Furnitures below), that are speaking to me, are some of the most vibrant colors of Provence, France and Tuscany, Italy. I acknowledged the huge, not so subtle hints the universe has been giving me about France since this past Autumn. I haven't forgotten. I'm working on it!

Hmm...you never know what will send you abroad when! Maybe you shold reconsider the table in your previous post...it matches your apron so well!

Yes, I think I'll be running back to Pier One in the morning, then picking up a chair for only $20 at Foodtown (then spray paint since it's not the color I want). I think the table is a good omen!

Lol, Meg, thank you! If only I had as much faith & confidence in myself as everyone else does.

I'm definately buying that end table tomorrow am. And the chair. And spray paint. (I've got to get potting soil & grass seed at the hardware store anyway!)

I love all the pics, Jo! Also wanted to say that you mentioned the molly pitcher in your comment on my blog and that is where my husband and I had our wedding reception. Small world! (would have emailed but didn't see it on here)

A Walk Through The (Dis)Enchanted Forrest (Halloween Party Post)

(Though it didn't post at 12:01am like it was supposed to). Anyhoo, I'm home and resting (uncomfortably). Surgery went well, my kidney tube and stone are gone! I have an internal stent on the left hand side but I'm okay with that because it comes out in the doctor's office in 2-3 weeks (no back to the hospital) and especially because it meant they could take that nephrostomy tube out! 2nd Annual Practical Magic Blog Party 2011 is Here! *Updated*

It's time for the 2nd Annual Practical Magic Blog Party created & hosted by the wonderful Anna of Frosted Petunias ! My sincerest apologies for getting this up rather late! The adventure that is post Hurricane Irene cleanup & repairs has been taking up too much time recently. (sigh) Things are a mess; I only started decorating for Autumn yesterday and I'm missing Halloween decorations! Luckily my broom is always safe and sound by the front door so at least I don't have to wonder where it is. (Not that it hasn't been known to scamper off now and again - naughty broom). I was afraid, quite honestly, that I wouldn't even get a post up sometime today! I kept hitting dead ends with every other one I tried. But, this morning I sat here at the computer and it flowed.
